No warranty on Wired Cable & Accessories
2-4 months warranty on Bluetooth cables & Earhook.
4 months warranty on TWS/Bluetooth earphones.
Replacement warranty can be claimed for ONCE later service warranty will be provided.
Customers will pay the Courier Charge for warranty claimed
Official Seal or Sticker cannot be removed from the box.
Any kind of alteration will be void the warranty
Refund only applicable if any misunderstanding (time inside Dhaka 1 day & Outside Dhaka 2 days) but change of mind is not applicable .
Invoice, Box, Warranty Sticker & other accessories of the earphone must be returned during claiming the warranty.
